GRL Lambda Chapter’s Philanthropy is the Pacific Center, the oldest LGBTQ center in the Bay Area and third oldest in the nation.

Members of GRL are involved with various campus organizations including: GENEQ, QARC, ASUC, the Decal Program, Professional and Honor Fraternities & Organizations, Cultural Organizations, and more! Like all Greek organizations, Gamma Rho Lambda is involved with multiple community services and fundraisers for our philanthropy. The most prestigious scholarship offered by UC Berkeley to entering undergraduate students, and is the largest Regents and Chancellor’s Scholarship program. Gamma Rho Lambda is part of the Multicultural Greek Council (MCGC) participates in other LGBTQ+ centered events like QT Pie and UC Berkeley’s queer, trans, LGBTQ+ welcome event. Outside of the Greek community, we also collaborate with other queer organizations by hosting workshops and holding events. The new space for bridges and QARC will be a student-run and -initiated center where students can discover campus resources and participate in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Gamma Rho Lambda (ΓΡΛ) is the first national, college-based, Queer and Ally sorority. We are an all-inclusive sorority who aim to provide a safe space and support system for queer and allied individuals.
